1. General provisions
1.1 This privacy policy, hereinafter also referred to as the "Policy", describes the methods of
collecting, processing and using information about users of the abstraxi.com website (hereinafter
referred to as the "website") and the procedure for protecting personal data of website users.

3. Processing of personal data - basic information
3.1 Personal data - information about an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject").
Personal data are processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European
Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to
the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive
95/46/EC ( general data protection regulation) (hereinafter: GDPR).
3.2 The Administrator processes personal data necessary to provide and develop the offered services
available via the website and its individual functionalities.
3.3 The website user provides an e-mail address on the website in order to contact the Administrator
and maintain business relations.
3.4 Personal data is protected against access by third parties. The company uses data only for the
purpose of contacting website users.

Art. 6 section 1 letter b) GDPR);

positive and reliable relations with him, which constitutes the legitimate interest of the
Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
- for analytical and statistical purposes based on the Administrator's legitimate interest in verifying
Users' activity and their preferences for the optimization of services and products and the
functionalities of the Website (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
- possible determination, pursuit or defense against claims based on the Administrator's legitimate
interest in protecting its rights (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
4.2 In each of the cases mentioned above (point 4.1), providing data is voluntary, but necessary to
conclude a contract or use other functionalities of the Website.
5. Protection of processed personal data
5.1 Personal data is stored on a secure server, with remote (IT) and physical access possible.
5.2. The Administrator does not transfer personal data of Website Users outside the European
Economic Area.

the purpose of processing. For example, if personal data are processed for the purpose of
concluding or performing a contract and fulfilling the legal obligation imposed on the
Administrator, they will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its expiry for the time
necessary for post-sale customer service (e.g. service complaints), security or pursuing possible
claims related to the contract and fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator.
7.2 Data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until the consent is withdrawn,
provided that the withdrawal of this consent does not affect the compliance of data processing
carried out before such withdrawal.
8. Rights of data subjects
8.1 The website user has the right to:

- object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the administrator

devices, intended for using websites. In particular, these are text files containing the name of the
website from which they come, the time of their storage on the end device and a unique number.

visiting the Website.

11.1. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy and at the same
time ensures that Users' rights arising from this document will not be limited.
11.2. The User will be informed about any changes in the Privacy Policy via a message available on
the Website.
